Who am I?

Hey, my name is Fiona and I am the owner and CEO of Exult Cosmetics. I am an aesthetics practitioner myself, a trainer and educator with years of experience and knowledge.

I've been in aesthetics for over 12 years. I'm a Level 7 practiconer, Advanced Aesthetic Championship winner x2, and the owner of an award-winning 7-figure clinic.

I built Exult Cosmetics organically from scratch with:

• No Paid Ads
• No hype / Paid promotions
• No influencers / Celebrity endorsements
• No shortcuts 

When I started Exult Cosmetics I thought being fully booked was the 'dream'. I focused on filling my diary, getting as many clients in as possible, and working 6 days a week. But when I achieved that, something happened that shocked me. 

Even though I was making a lot of money, and I was fully booked... I wasn't happy. I actually felt like an employee of my business and I was seriously burnout. 

I never had any time to spend with my family and there was definitely No time for me. 

I realised the reason I set up my business, wasn't to work 50 hours a week, it was to work the hours I wanted and still hit my revenue goals. Life is for living.

So I made changes, (Not just jumping on another injecting course, thinking that will solve it all). What changed everything was LEARNING.

• How to upsell without feeling awkward or "salesy"
• How to stop undercharging 
• How to attract high-end clients
• How to use social media platforms properly
• How to put automations & systems in place 
• How to run a business-Not just fill the diary

I now work 2/3 days a week, making £30K months minimum and spend the rest of the time with my children or doing things for me. 

As a divorced mum of two, I'm doing it all on my own for my girls to look up to me and be proud; while achieving my goals, fully providing for my family without help and finding my purpose in life. Thanks to all my hard work over the years I have created unforgettable memories for my children taking them away multiple times a year. If I didn't have this business, I genuinely believe I would be lost & homeless.

My husband left without any financial support, and my business has been my source of independence, confidence and security. It has transformed my life in many ways and I now want to help you feel that sense of security also.

I understand the challenges of balancing family, career, partners and personal growth, and I'm so passionate about helping others do the same.

Yes I get to travel more, take my kids away more but the real freedom is going to do our food shop on a Wednesday morning, or take my kids to swimming on a Tuesday afternoon whilst still not having to worry about checking my bank balance before I buy something. This is freedom and success.
